Description
Characteristics:
It designed for 3Dprinting of bigger structures enabling three dimensional, faster cooling conditions. Provides a ferritic-austenitic weld metal. Superduplex grades are offering high tensile strength and toughness as well as an excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and localized corrosion in chloride containing environments.
Applications:
It is suitable for welding of duplex or super duplex stainless steel
Notes on Usage:
1. For TIG process, use DC(-) current .
2. For MIG process, use DC(+) current.
3. 98%Argon – 2%O2 shielding gas is recommended in MIG process.
