LWH-M deposits the weld metal of high Mn austenite structure. The welded metal provides good machining properties, good resistance to surfacing abrasion accompanied by heavy impact and good toughness.
Ứng dụng:
It is suitable for dipper teeth, hammer mill, crusher, and rail road. etc.
Lưu ý về cách sử dụng:
1.Dry the electrodes at 300-400°C for 60 minutes before use.
2.Do not exceed the range of recommended because over heat input might decrease the impact value.
3.Keep the arc as short as possible.
4.Thick plate should be preheat at 50-100°C
